Welcome CEO trainee Erika Sjölander!
Things move faster in the consultancy industry than others, which Is why we are thrilled to announce that our third CEO trainee has joined us. Each of our previous trainees have continued working at Three P as consultants, and we’re excited to see this tradition continue.
We want to welcome Erika as our new CEO trainee. She has already hit the ground running in her new role while simultaneously completing her studies at Stockholm Business School.
Prior to joining Three P, Erika worked with Recruitment at Gazella and has been a Manager at several Nordic wellness gyms. Her diverse experience in management, sales, recruitment, budgeting and planning, along with a degree in finance, make her ideal for the role of CEO trainee.
Erika will work closely with @Victor Persson, shadowing him in his role as CEO in everything from board and sales meetings to strategy and long-term planning. In parallel, she will develop her competence in professional procurement as a procurement analyst.
